Shrikant is a Senior Finance Professional and Managing Partner of Monitor. Before taking over Monitor, Shrikant has worked with various companies in the UAE as CFO and Financial Controller. He has been an active member on the Board committees. Shrikant has extensive experience in fund raising with banks and has successfully managed various local and international banking relationships. Shrikant is a Chartered Accountant from India and a CFA Charter holder from the CFA Institute, USA. He is a Certified Auditor from the Accounts Auditors Department of the UAE Ministry of Economy.

Prashant heads the Business Consulting division at Monitor. Prashant is a senior finance professional with more than 16 years of experience. Most of this time is spent in Dubai with a large and highly reputed local business group providing landscaping solutions as CFO. During his tenure as CFO, Prashant has successfully demonstrated leadership capabilities including managing various departments with direct access to Board of directors. He has been extensively involved in financial and legal due diligence with global names including top 4 accounting firms. Prashant has been involved in various strategic issues including preparation, presentation and valuation of the business with a large global investment bank. He has successfully founded and managed a Securities & Commodities Authority regulated financial advisory services firm in Dubai in 2014. Prashant is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Akhil has diversified experience in accounting, auditing, taxation and finance matters both in India and UAE. Akhil has over 5 years of professional experience and developed a blend of auditing, accounting, taxation and budgeting experience. Handling the audit responsibilities of various multinational companies, Akhil has chiselled his skills in designing and implementing accounting and financial reporting systems. His expertise includes consultancy with respect to direct taxation, value added tax, financial forecasting and budgeting, external and internal audits, accounting, financial Planning, business solutions and other related services. Akhil is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Rachita is a Qualified CIPD Professional with over 15 years of experience in India, Singapore, Philippines and UAE. Her expertise includes Professional Background Screening – both Pre & Post Employment, MIS, Client Relationship Management, Operations Management, Business Analysis, Professional Headhunting and Recruitment Consulting. She has 7 years of experience working as a Senior Manager with a leading contingent recruitment firm in the region where she specialised in Business performance management, operational audit, customer relationship management, headhunting and recruiting senior management for reputed organisations across industries.
